In production, we utilize statistical process controls (SPC) to monitor critical process parameters.
Per client requirements we can monitor the critical to function (CTF) dimensions of your products and report the process capability (Cpk) with each shipment.
When process changes are necessary, we utilize design of experiment (DOE) techniques to assure the new process is optimized before starting volume production.
If there is a product or process issue, our teams are trained in an 8D corrective action approach. We drive to have corrective action responses to our customers within 24 hours of any reported incident.
